Welcome to voicechat.gg. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the voicechat.gg app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use voicechat.gg. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we discover you don't, we'll terminate your account.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your username and password secure, and for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone has accessed your account, contact us immediately.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use voicechat.gg to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Send hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Send unsolicited messages or spam.
- Violate anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service to break any law.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice. If you encounter a violation, please use the in-app block and report tools.
Your content
You own the voice messages and other content you create on voicechat.gg. By posting content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and display your content as needed to operate the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except to the extent we've already shared it with other users (for example, voice messages that have already been received).
Termination
You can stop using voicechat.gg at any time by deleting your account from inside the app. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service. On termination, we'll delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Service "as-is"
voicechat.gg is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the content or behavior of other users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, voicechat.gg and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $100 USD.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Material changes will be announced in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
